Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the delivery time indicated below.

If your order requires more than 7 days to process, we will contact you to let you know and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as Pre-Order, please allow up to 2 working weeks for the item to be made before dispatch.

We always aim to complete pre-orders sooner whenever possible.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and the available delivery method.

“Royal Mail”

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days

Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, Parcel force or DPD

Estimated delivery time: from 2 days to 4 weeks (depending on country and speed of mail)

A tracking number is provided for tracking the shipment

Parcel force or DPD or other International post service

Estimated delivery time: from 1.5 to 3 weeks
